A complete Four Hour experience (why rush?) to the Wild Dolphin Playground in the shallow tropical waters off Key West. Check out Wild Dolphins and other sea-life in their natural habitat.

Included is... Semi-private seating (never crowded) in the shade or sun, upscale service, stable catamaran sailing, a natural & wild dolphin encounter, about an hour of snorkeling time, personal instruction, premium snorkeling equipment, light food and refreshments, fine beers and wines, and a great cruise back to Key West.

Wild dolphins seem most attracted to sailing catamarans

Mother nature makes every trip truly unique, but we see Wild Dolphins twice a day, all the time. Our Wild Dolphin friends live full time around Key West. Other dolphins migrate, but these dolphins stay here their whole life, generation after generation. Many times, when we sail toward a pod of our local Wild Dolphins, but maintain a respectful distance from them (and the power boats that sometimes surround them) the dolphins will take a sharp turn and make a beeline for Echo, and start to swim along side the boat at the same speed. We love when that happens, and it happens very often.

We always give Wild Dolphins their personal space and follow the laws that protect them and their babies. So in return, we get to see them swim along side the boat or sometimes just go about their daily dolphin business. A typical dolphin day includes lots of hunting & feeding together as a team, playing, jumping and competing with each other, mating on the surface and also teaching their babies how to hunt and survive.

If it happens in a Wild Dolphin's world, we eventually see it. We enjoy being with Wild Dolphins without interfering with their natural habits that they depend on every day for their survival. We always run our trips in accordance with the marine mammal protection act, and we always have a fantastic time!

Let's Get Wet! - SHIPWRECK SNORKEL

We like to snorkel a particular shallow water shipwreck site encrusted by the coral reef, but we also snorkel other reefs and wrecks or wherever Mother Nature gives us the best clear & calm conditions that day. We know many sheltered spots that other boats can't get in to. We always strive for the best conditions and provide excellent snorkeling equipment that is individually fitted to each passenger.

Get wet, or watch the snorkelers and sea life while relaxing on our soft sun deck "the black beach", dry snorkeling, or lounge in our comfortable shaded seats.



A great cruise back to Key West

After a salty snorkel, enjoy a fresh water shower, a cool tropical fruit tray, crunchy snacks & nuts, assorted soft drinks and bottled spring water. As we cruise back to Key West, relax and sip on one of our excellent wines, or on one of our three domestic & imported ice cold beers. Keep an eye open! We constantly see big turtles popping up, tropical fish jumping and even manta and eagle rays jumping right out of the water. It's different every day, and we love it that way. We see the shallow water wildlife that power boats tend to miss.

Our twice daily, semi-private "Wild Dolphin Encounter and Shipwreck Snorkel" trips are always a four-hour experience, and departure times are usually at 9:00 and 1:30. This is the best option for you if you do not mind a few other people joining you, but never a crowd. Echo is certified by the U.S. Coats Guard to seat up to 26 people, but we will only take up to 50% of our capacity maximum on our semi-private Wild Dolphin Encounter & Shipwreck Snorkel trips, so our seats are very exclusive.

Morning or afternoon trips both offer equally great conditions on the water, but the key for any water sports activity is to go on the soonest trip that you can schedule. With limited semi-private seating on our Wild Dolphin Encounter and Shipwreck Snorkel, you need to reserve in advance as soon as possible.

Come aboard Fury's Key West Dolphin Watch and Snorkel Tour for an aquatic journey to observe the grace and beauty of our resident Key West dolphins. Take our fast powered catamaran on an adventure into the shimmering turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As we make our way out to sea, our experienced crew and captain will share some fascinating and fun facts about the estimated 200 Key West dolphins. Together, we'll responsibly watch dolphins as they swim, play, feed and do what comes naturally. Bottlenose dolphins are a wonder to behold and a memory you'll treasure for a lifetime.

Fury is a part of "Dolphin SMART", a program that protects and promotes the responsible observance of dolphins. The program was put together by many conservation agencies including NOAA's National Marine Sanctuary, National Marine Fisheries Service, as well as the Dolphin Ecology Project and the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

 

Next, we'll head to the Key West wildlife refuge where we'll snorkel along the shallow backcountry. See sponges, coral, tropical fish and more as the warm Florida Keys sun illuminates the sky. You don't have to be an expert swimmer, because our crew will provide you with guidance and top-of-the-line gear including mask, fins, snorkel and a float if you wish. After a day on and in the water among nature's most stunning gifts, we'll begin our ride back to dock. OFFSHORE DEEP SEA FISHING:

 Departing the Marina early to head out to the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Looking for the elusive Sailfish , Marlin or Mahi Mahi. The color of the water changes as you head out to the deep. First the turquoise blue /green inshore the a darker blue as you cross the reef and the as you get into the "Blue" water it turns an almost purple color and here we are in the right spot to start looking for that trophy fish. Sailfish and Marlin are the class of big off shore sports fishing. Truly a once in a life time experience. A must on the bucket list.

A private charter can accommodate up to 6 six people in your group and is a party waiting to happen. Private charters are best but a split charter is sold as individual seats -- up to 6 -- and is still just as much fun and affordable for those not wanting to take the whole boat. Families are more than welcome and children (age 4 and up) are our specialty. Kids love to fish with us, as they always catch a trophy fish for their wall back home.

REEF/WRECK FISHING:

This type of fishing is an exact science as we need to be perfectly positioned over the top of a wreck , so when we drop our baits we can assure the angler that he or she will have the greatest opportunity to catch a big Amberjack, Snapper, Grouper, Shark or Barracuda. This type of fishing is not for the faint of heart as it demands patience, technique and strength to land the biggest fish possible. This is an awesome experience.

 

TARPON FISHING:

Just awesome. A truly big game fish, strictly catch and release this type of seasonal fishing is the ultimate in sports fishing. Best taken as a private charter. these are once in a life time fish.

DeBlois Milledge has played extensively on the East and West Coasts of the United States as well as Central America, and the Bahamas. She is working on her sixth studio album at Proxy Studios in Oceanside, CA. DeBlois plays acoustic roots music on Takamine and Stella guitars. Two of DeBlois' songs, "South of Okeechobee" and "Dont Blink", were chosen as part of the soundtrack for a PBS documentary called Escape to Dreamland about the history of the Tamiami Trail (the legendary road built through the swamps of the Everglades connecting Miami and Tampa). She has provided support for the acclaimed folk rock band America.

Get ready for the water adventure of a lifetime with Fury’s Ultimate Adventure! Reserved for the real water sports enthusiast, this action packed day includes reef snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing & kayaking.

FURY's Ultimate Adventure checks in at 9:30am and departs at 10 am. You will sail 7 miles out to the only living coral reef in North America on our beautiful 65’ sailing catamaran, while enjoying breakfast. Once at the reef you will snorkel for one hour and view up close angelfish, parrotfish, blue tangs and many more species that will amaze you. Our helpful and friendly crew provides snorkel equipment and free training.

You will then take a 45-minute sail from the coral reef that is on the Atlantic side of Key West to the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy an all you can eat picnic lunch buffet on the sail over (sodas and water provided free all day).

On arrival in the Gulf we dock with our floating platform island. There you will have an afternoon of fun Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Kayaking, Climbing and jumping or you can relax and sunbathe on our spacious sun decks.
